Collaboration maturity assessment [CMA]

Our "Collaboration maturity assessment" is a quick diagnostic survey that is designed to evaluate an organization's current state of collaboration across various dimensions and identify areas for improvement.

The assessement is followed by a consultation session to discuss your current collaboration practices and potential improvements.

A Collaboration Maturity Assessment contains the following key components:
